Assorted New York bagel served with your choice of eggs, sausage patties, ham, bacon, and topped with cheese

 

Fresh Lox with bagels

Our own recipe for gav lox (choice of flavors, dill, Cajun, cracked black pepper, or plan with smoked flavor

 

Bacon

Fresh cooked apple wood smoke bacon

Pasteurized real eggs scrambled tender with sour cream and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper
